What is your recipe for Pumpkin Scones?

Mine is 2 cups S R Flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp diced cold butter, (real butter), 1 cup mashed pumpkin, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp full cream milk.
Preheat oven to 185C, 370F.
Combine flour and sugar, rub in butter until breadcrumb consistency.
I combine pumpkin, egg and milk, whisk together and add to flour.
Turn out onto floured surface, pat to 1" thickness. Cut with floured cutter.
Place onto tray so they touch, bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack, I cover with clean tea towel and sprinkle with water.
Serve with real butter or cream cheese and chives with a bowl of soup.
