What kind of gloves/mittens do you prefer?

These are mine. Fingerless for camera operation. Slip over mitt when needed. Thin and lightweight - yet waterproof and toasty :)

Gloves for spring and fall. I was wearing my *hot yellow gloves until recently when I had to change to lined suede or leather gloves. Now it’s time for leather or thinsulite mittens so I can scrunch my fingers together.

*you’d be amazed at the nice comments I get wearing those gloves. They’re like the white gloves we wore to church when kids, except for the colour. I bought them in an antique store.

Even though it doesn't get really cold I wanted something warm. My wife looked for what she thought were the best & bought these for me.

I have loads of gloves.. from leather to woollen in many colours.. to sheepskin & suede.. but they all have fingers in them , I don't like mittens at all and would never buy any...

I've just taken this photo a couple of minutes ago to show my fingerless compression gloves which I wear when it gets too cold for the arthritis in my hands..

I will take your word for it.:)
Frostbite, you can get frostbite; especially with poor circulation. People mostly loose toes, but fingertips can be lost as well. One of my foster kids got mildly frostbit toes one year despite thick socks and boots. A lesson learned

AS a wheelchair user I now use battery operated heated gloves but in my man about town days I normally had lambskin lined kid oh calfskin.

for special occasions I had, still have, a pair of Italian deerskin gloves which used to be as soft and warm as the inside of a woman's thigh but I'm not allowed to say that anymore.
