What kind of salt do you use for cooking and for table salt?

I don't use much salt at all. The hubby doesn't add it at the table and I use a salt substitute. I have a salt grinder on the table for anyone who might visit. For cooking I use Diamond Crystal salt which gave me the idea to post this. I can't find it anywhere. It's been on the market for years. My mom and Grandma used it. I just emailed the company to find out if they discontinued it..
I could switch to another brand but find a difference in saltiness. Morton seems to be especially salty.
I also use Kosher salt on meats and in some recipes when it is called for.
What is your preference?

I use cooking salt for cooking and table salt for a condiment with meals. I have to have salt with my meals depending what it is. I love fish and chips with plenty of salt and vinegar. Salt in moderation is good for us we are told but in moderation

My Husband never had salt on his meals and suffered with bad cramp in his legs and was told that it can be a lack of Magnesium: a vital supplement that if one is lacking in it can cause serious illness physical and mental

I use Sea Salt in a Grinder (Trader Joe's).
I don't worry about salt amounts because salt mostly comes
from processed foods and I rarely eat processed food.
I don't overdo it with the Sea Salt grinder either.
I only use what's necessary.
