What or who is more valuable than money?

IMO, people we love are more valuable than money. Isn’t that the reasoning behind all kidnapping and human trafficking schemes?

That sums the question up perfectly for me. Health, well-being. There is so much life that needs our care and attention that doesn't take spending money. Kindness, helping others, taking care of our pets and environment. These are the things that really matter. I even think money can be important when it is used in this way. Money isn't bad, it is neutral. What we do with it matters. :)

As an adult that rose in the Counterculture era, unlike the majority of others, the pursuit of money has never been an important goal in my life beyond basic needs and a necessity for enabling other modest pursuits. I owned multi 6 figure corporate stock values and lost it all in days that I lost no sleep over, or felt emotionally about, or in any way affected my following life.

My family's and mine own health for sure. But money is needed to be financially secure in terms of health. You need to have a roof over your head, good food to eat, insurance, etc. So I think money is necessary for health and happiness.

Could be anything. I have a photo I wouldn't take a million bucks for. And I'm serious. It's absolutely irreplaceable and can't ever be replicated. I have a watch I'd never sell, and it's just a very common Timex.

Value of personal items is subjective. I wouldn't ever sell that cheap watch, but I gave away a rare 10-pound chunk of fire-obsidian to a guy I know will make very good use of it. And, naturally, I don't put a price on the people in my life, even if they're useless. That's ridiculous.

Can't you back up that photo in some way, just in case?
