What should I call my sale?

Garage sale season will be staring soon. I always agonize over what term I should use on signage and advertising my sale. It's not in a garage, so I can't use "garage sale". It's out in the front yard, on the porch and inside the house, so if I just say "yard" or "lawn" sale, people may not think to look on the porch or inside (then there's always the smart aleck that says "How much do you want for your lawn/yard?"). When I use "Estate Sale", I don't get many people to stop (they may figure "estate sale" translates to "expensive antiques"), and I've been told that unless you're selling EVERYTHING in the house, technically it ISN'T an estate sale. "TAG SALE" is also inaccurate since I don't put price tags on things (I don't like to put sticky tape or labels on items) and I figure if they want to know they can ask. I also used just "SALE" and it confuses people even more. They want to know exactly what's for sale and if am I selling the house also. Please help me with this!

When our Daughter was raising money for her Summer missionary trip years ago, she put out "Sue's Yard Sale". Or.....
