What side of the bed you sleep on

I sleep on the left side but have to have a step stool to help get in and out as the bed is much higher than other beds I have had. Husband has a reclining bed that helps him sleep with his health issues.

Thinking back it's differed. I've never really had a 'set' side of the bed to sleep on.

It seems to relate to where the door is. Maybe I've an in-built panic of being trapped or something.

In this house it's on the left because the door is on my left at the foot of the bed.

I tend to middle the mattress up high between pillows and move
down as I curl into a right ball.

Later I wake up and hang out over the left side of the mattress.
My arms a hanging out on space usually wakes me up for the day.
While aging I realized I needed to wear warm mechanics gloves to warm my fists up.

I am unusual sleeper in that I rarely move any part of my body while sleeping and dream 100% of the time even if just nodding of for a few moments. Could safely sleep without restraints on a cliff ledge. As a long time outdoor backpacker, do use a foam pad. Due to my low weight 135#, can sleep in a range of awkward positions, though as a light sleeper easily awoken by unusual sounds, don't always fall asleep easily if not during habituated circadian rhythm periods. At my residence, I most often sleep at either a living room couch or my upstair's queen sized floor mattress.

I sleep on my side. The hubs side is too broken down. We have separate adjustable beds that are pushed together, so I can keep him in line. He talks in his sleep, incessantly, and sometimes the back of my hand reminds him to use an inside voice. I sleep on the left side facing east and the right facing west. :ROFLMAO:

Facing the bed's headboard, I sleep on the left side.
