What skills and/or abilities are magic to you?

Are there any things that either one can be taught, learn or develop or ones that seem to be innate that are essentially magic to you? By that I mean you don't understand how it's done or think it's something you wouldn't be able to do.

For me the biggest one is song writing. I'm including coming up with the melody, the lyrics (if there are any) and then the arrangement and instrumentation for the song. I am so in awe of people who are able to create and craft the songs I like and love.

I might come up with some other things to add to my list.
 

Cooking. I'm undoubtedly the worst cook in the continental United States. I have no sense of what goes with what, and I can't seem to follow a recipe successfully. I think I'm doing exactly what it says, but the end result is sad. I'd love to be like my friend Carm, who can just throw a few things in a pot and come up with something delicious. If I throw a few things in a pot, it turns into a witch-cauldron. My friend Ken does a roast in the slow-cooker and it's great. I do it exactly the same way, and it turns into a tough, shriveled mess.

Electronic circuits and repairs. Being able to read a schematic. It's fascinating.
I subscribe to a YouTube channel. There's a genius guy on there that restores old radios and explains all the components and their functions, tubes and all.

It inspires me to try to fix anything that I have around the house.

Right now my oven is not working in my range. I'm going to give it a try.

When I was a kid, the older boys would have two poles with paper liners strung between them.

The paper came from boxcars used to carry grain.

They would walk down a lane at night and the bats would fly into the paper and fall. Then they would pick them up and examine them. We didn't know how dangerous that was. Bats can carry rabies.

When I think of it now I wonder why the bats couldn't detect the paper with their radar or did the sonar signals go right through.
 
The ability to get into the driver's seat of a car and intuitively know where you are going, without turning on the gps. I have zero sense of direction.
 
Levitation. How magicians and illusionists do this is beyond me, but I wish I had the gift. It would come in so handy in traffic jams or long lines. Just whoosh and everybody looks up and you can scoot away. šŸ˜„
 
Jeeze!!! That's a hard question for me...I'll go slow....I don't think I have any skills.....I was a Secretary in a school system and I knew what
I was doing...I guess that was a skill....You would be surprised when people came into the office screaming about why her daughter/son
got suspended....So I was very nice and calmed them down....Anyway, I was a dancer....But now a days it's hard to even dance for 2 min....
If that's a skill, I'll appreciate it....I love to swim in my pool, not in the Ocean....I'm just happy I'm still around to see my kids....
Our grandson and his fiancƩ were supposed to have a wedding this August....Not going to happen...I may have told this already...
It just brakes my Heart...But they are good....It will be, hopefully next August...Hopefully I'll be alive....
