Do you ever have a strange or unlikely song pop into your head and play there, for either a tenuous reason or perhaps no discernible reason whatsoever? Well, yesterday The Battle Hymn of the Republic was playing in my head, and I rather enjoyed it with its haunting, historical overtones. Today it’s gone, and I don’t know what brought it up!
