No-caffeine herbal tea is lovely on cool winter evenings, especially fruity or flowery types like lemon, orange, raspberry and hibiscus. I keep a good assortment on hand so at least one will appeal when the mood for tea strikes.
Something I just learned recently
Avoid hibiscus if you are allergic or sensitive to it or members of the Malvaceae plant family. Use with caution if you have low or high blood pressure.
