What was your favourite games as a kid?

Recap: Someone said they liked paper dolls.
I said I loved my Donna Reed paper dolls.
Then I said I wonder if I could find some on eBay.
You said I probably can... that you'd bought scraps and they ended up in a drawer.
I said that's probably what would happen to my Donna Reeds, too.
oooooh...gotcha now...obviously slow on the uptake tonight....:ROFLMAO:

I also played a couple of nerdy board games. I had a couple of friends who liked playing the Avalon Hill board games (wargames for nerds) and Stratomatic games (sports games for nerds).

I hope you knew enough nerds.

I liked the board game, "Monopoly," chess, Bridge, Risk, Poker, Gin Rummy and, my favorite board game, "Afrika Korp." Avalon Hill board games were also my favorites.

Honestly don't remember getting into games too much as a kid. I was more the adventuring and building sort. For a while, in college, I was a bit of a pinochle and euchre junkie.

Inside games was Dominoes, Forty Two, Monopoly, Canasta, Life, Checkers, Stratego, Operation, War, Go Fish, Poker, and others?
Outside was Football, Baseball, Football, Basketball, Football, Playing Army, Football, Tag, Football and some more Football.
We was mostly outside.

For me it was Marbles.

I could always find a plot of dirt, just waiting for the circle to be made.
Carried my bag of marbles everywhere I could, filled with 'Aggies', 'Corkscrews', 'Cat's Eyes', etc.
For some unknown reason, I always carried my favorite large 'Shooter' in my front jeans pocket.

My mom would always scold me about the condition of my jean's knees, but always patched them...
