What was your last Great Find?

Sounds great Bretrick! Nothing as interesting as that for me but I found a nice warm good brand casual fleece top on sale $12 recently. The hardware store I go to has what I call an “impulse shelf “ with gadgets that attract attention and I found a nice pair of medium sized scissors that has a saw tooth edge on one side, and between the handles a gripper thing to open bottle caps. Bright pink and only $2.49. So I won’t wreck my good sewing scissors cutting up boxes and other abuses.

@Bretrick you should try Lavender Honey, it's to die for.

My latest find is a series called The Gilded age, absolutely enthralling. ( it's almost like the American version of Downton Abbey) The costumes are absolutely amazing.

Yep, got it on Amazon for $62.89…but well worth the moola IMHO
Most of my laundry goes in the dryer for about ten minutes to fluff it a bit and remove wrinkles, then I put it on hangers to dry the rest of the way. It works great for whatever gets put on hangers anyway: shirts, shorts and pants but is an extra step for towels, socks, underwear, etc.

I thoroughly dry bed linens in the dryer because I don't have a good place to hang them and can't be bothered with wrestling wet king and queen sheets.

Any clothing that is heavy and requires a lot of dry time ... and those pennies add up, just gets hung in the closet. Jeans etc. They are a little stiff when I first wear them but they stretch out quickly.

This clothes drying rack is a recent very very GREAT find….it’s sturdy & it holds soooo much more than the old wooden rack that finally gave up the ghost.

I think Wife and I are lucky that we have a double set of outdoor laundry lines in our back yard here in Toronto. We do have a electric clothes dryer, but the clothes smell so much nicer when they are dried outdoors. JimB.
