OK. I have been thinking about this thread, and though I responded earlier, I had other thoughts.
Picture it, Miami 2021. I build myself a nice house, all one floor. 4 bedrooms, a lanai, nice kitchen. Then I look for room mates. Find two nice ladies, and we all move in together. I will charge them minimal rent. We are doing OK, when suddenly there is a knock on the door. In walks this little old Sicilian lady, with a wicker purse, Turns out she is the mother of one of my new housemates, She got kicked out of her nursing home , Sunny Oaks. So, she moves in too.
All will work out....gee, maybe someone will turn it into a TV show.
