About 3 years ago I was laying on the Table at the Doctors office for a Day Surgery/Procedure - waiting to have a Prostate Needle Biopsy done. ms gamboolgal was with me.
This was first time for Needle Biopsy - so I was abit scared.
I'm laying there thinking calm thoughts, deep breathing, etc.
In the room right next to us - there is very loud noise like something fell and hit the floor hard - and a man started out with a very low guttural moan that built into a blood curdling scream !
Then I heard thru the walls a Nurse say - "It's OK to Scream"
Being calm and collected left the building for me at that point - ha !
I will say that the Needle Biopsy was not bad and I would advise any man needing one to get it done.
And the results came back negative.

When I was younger I had plastic surgery to repair a facial scar. It was done under local.
After the surgeon had removed a chunk of my face he looked around the room and asked if there was anyone who had done this before, or knew what to do next! It was a joke of course, but I was so high from the drugs that I neither caught it, or cared...
