I have a sausage pasta made up that will likely be one meal today but I also got out a pork chop that I want to get used, have some asparagus to use so that will likely be the other meal, if I have two meals that is. Sometimes one is enough. The pasta will keep fine for now so will prob be the pork chop first. With asparagus. I may or may not put some kind of potatoes with it. That tends to be too much for me if a big meal so maybe not.
Still, I may make some up for the rest of the week (potatoes), not sure yet.
I also have some deli ham to use up... And a couple of different cheeses... I don't like to waste things if I can help it.
