Tonight I had Stir fried Noodles with soy sauce, and hoisin with chestnut mushrooms ..for dinner..I was so mad with myself because when I went to cook it, I realised the bag of Beansprout, was not BSprouts, but another bag of Noodles.. which to make matters even worse had a hole in the bag.. so not only did I not have Beansprouts to add to the noodles to make it like a real Chinese Stir fry... but I had to throw the second bag of noodles away...

We froze our surplus of tomatoes, so I'm going to make some tomato and veg soup for lunch. The tomatoes peel easily when frozen and you dunk them in hot water.
Being a tad lazy tonight and cooking one of the homemade steak and kidney pies that we made and froze some time ago.
well that's not lazy...you've already made them with toil and sweat of brow... so you can have this easy dinner...:D

Wait! Greggs sell frozen sausage rolls!
Oh yes have done now for sevral years.. they're the exact same recipe, which is a great thing cuz often these things are not.. and they sell in packs of 4, and 8 at Iceland... and much cheaper than buying them in Greggs.. £3,,for 4.. £5 for 8... but also you can buy all the other pies they do like Steak Bake, Cheese & Onion Bake... ..I always have a few packs in my freezer even tho' I maybe only have a Greggs pie or sausage roll..once every few weeks, they're so handy to have..

..and remember they deliver if you don't have an Iceland near you....win, win !(y):D
