What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Tonight I made Meatballs, in a beef and red wine gravy using
...............button, chestnut, nameko and shiitake mushrooms, & red onions..... and had roast potatoes and broccoli...

I made enough for 2 dinners..so I'll probably have that tomorrow as well

Buc-ee’s chopped brisket sandwich with a side of Buc-ee’s Chili Cheese Corn-ee Chips.
This was my maiden voyage to Buc-ee’s but i’ll be going back. SO good!

I had some fresh watermelon slices for supper.... this watermelon is only small but it's super juicy and sweet.. but it seems to have twice as much seeds as normal..I don't like that

I don't have breakfast... and usually during the week for brunch/lunch I have fruit in some combination... today however I had a delicious Sunday breakfast for lunch at 2.30pm... Bacon , egg, Potato waffle.. and tomatoes..

a little while ago I had sugar free orange jelly (jello).. and Amaretto and cream Ice cream.

Now I'm not a drinker of alcohol... so I'm a little bit stupid when it comes to knowing what's what... and also I absolutely hate Almonds..

As this ice cream is German, it wasn't obvious to me... what the ingredients were..so as soon as I tasted it, the overhwelming flavour of Almonds hit me, and this alcohol taste..too...

I googled and found that the ice cream was made from Amaretto which is Almonds, and a sweet Italian orange liqueur made from apricot kernels and almonds...

... However I gave it a chance and I ended up eating the whole bowl... :p

Thursday noon, mic'd a 12 oz frozen package of broccoli florets, added mayo, salt, washed down with apple juice. Dinner a medium sized russet potato with salt, pepper, margarine washed down with milk. Some butterscotch baking chips for dessert. This morning, had a small amount of toasted O's with milk and sugar. Am thinking of some Walmart refrigerated broccoli cheddar soup for lunch.

Just had dinner... ( 7.15 now)... I have to confess it was microwaved.. it's too hot to stand over a stove, and I don't have any cold things in the fridge.. so I zapped some Swedish meatballs.. and a couple of spoonfuls of ready mash...

I don't like that frozen mash very much but I keep it in the freezer for just such occasions.. it literally took 4 minutes for the whole meal to be zapped...
