Whats For Dinner/Supper ?

Tonight We had a omelette with the usual filling ..all from the garden with the exception of a little bit of shredded ham
I picked small onions we call Spring onions / red / green and yellow capsicums / mini tomatoes~ and some grown silver beet out of freezer ( all pre cooked before adding to omelette )

Nothing planned at this stage for tomorrow nite , I’ll got peek in the freezer soon and get a idea what’s for tea tomorrow ( it’s only about 6.30 pm here now Sunday nite )

I’ve just put a nice piece of silverside ( corned beef ) about-a kg in weight in the slow cooker for our evening meal latter tonite ,,it’s stinking hot here so the silverside will do us for meals for the next few days.,with hot veggie tonite ..salad tomorrow .,maybe a meat and mustard pickles sandwich the third nite ….

Cheese, cheese, wonderful cheese! I love the stuff! Any kind, doesn't matter. I never get the already shredded stuff, it has a drying agent added, doesn't seem to melt the same, and has a strange taste. It only takes a minute to grate.

My nephew was here with his parents a few years ago; he likes to cook. I forget what we made (tacos?) but it included cheese. He was surprised when I got out the cheese grater. After the meal, he said, "I won't use that pre-grated cheese again. This is much better."
Try to find Sartori Espresso cheese. Isn't cheap but wonderful cheese, especially with Cote de Rhone wine: makes the wine taste like chocolate.

Do you remember when Kraft Mac & Cheese was orange? It had some real flavor then. Now it's all natural and clean and completely free of flavor.
I don’t think that I ever had it.

The ones that I buy have a packet of goo that you stir into the hot macaroni.

It’s not a great choice, adding a green vegetable helps to create the illusion that it’s a healthy meal. 😉🤭😂
