Sauteed fresh, wild caught ocean perch in butter and olive oil with some sliced onion. Steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Gave doggie a bit of each after wiping off the onion.

I picked up a slice of pepperoni pizza when I went out to get my vaccinations.

I’ll reheat that and have a Diet Pepsi mini.

Being lazy and making a Stouffers French Bread Pizza

I tried a new recipe... Taco Tortellini. Well it sounded good "on paper" but golly, was that stuff hot... and way spicier than I was expecting!
I'm not used to such extremely spicy food... sometimes instead of "oh my goodness" I say "Oh.My.Lanta"... and I know I've said it here at the forum, too... well tonight I'm going to NEED Mylanta!

A piece of fried haddock from the local PriceChopper deli and a handful of frozen French fries.

Breyer’s carb smart with a drizzle of sugar free maple flavored syrup and a few walnuts for afters.

Leftover mushroom soup and leftover baked squash. An 11 oz. choco protein drink. Meh.

A cheeseburger on a toasted English muffin with fresh onion, pickles, mustard, and ketchup, washed down with a Diet Pepsi mini.

I’ve been using these BallPark fully cooked frozen burgers that microwave in about a minute.

Similar to a fast food burger but so convenient with minimal cleanup at about $1.50 each.

I thawed a boneless sirloin steak for doggie and me, will broil.
Plan to roast baby white potatoes and also broccoli.
Getting hungry thinking about it. Feels like ages since I ate a nice steak.

I wound up making a quick decision and a quick meal. I had a little bit of leftover penne pasta to which I added microwave steamed broccoli & shredded mozzarella.

We bought a Publix roast beef sub for supper. A cup of vanilla pudding and a flavored sparkling water.

I made a 14" pizza... mixed tomato & pesto for sauce, topped with parmesan, thin-sliced onions, bell pepper, artichoke hearts, black olives, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Dusted with a little black pepper at the end. A friend gifted us with part of an apple pie... our dessert.

Went to a food truck park tonight. New concept to me. I had cod fish and chips, Daughter had sushi, SIL had Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Ate our food truck grub indoors where they sold beverages.
