I was messing with a frantic harvest of hot peppers and had no time to make tortellini.

We had chicken and salad last night , I oven / tray / rack cook thighs bone still in it …using this recipe
the closet chicken ever tasted that’s close to KFC ….but almost fat free by cooking on a rack…super easy it’s all just simple everyday powdered ingredients to mix …to coat chicken

I made a Wegman’s run today but too tired to cook so tonight will be a bologna and cheese sandwich on low carb bread with a squirt of mustard and a small handful of chips.

Had take out tonight. Panda Express. Teriyaki chicken, greens, broccoli, chow mein and orange chicken.

My room mate needs to be fed and that not out of the freezer. Honey/Sriracha Chicken, basmati, red/green rabbit food. 20 minutes and he will be happy
