Yep that's very good and so are some other pastas like spinach, black beans and other veggies pasta! Aldi's often has them . I like mixing them with cabbage and other veggies sauteed in a little butter that I drain off.Last night I finished some leftover General Tso’s chicken.
I had quite a bit of leftover rice so this morning I made a small batch of fried rice.
I also made a tuna macaroni salad using garbanzo bean pasta that @Ruthanne had mentioned in another post.
That will take care of any actual cooking for the next few days.
