I got some chicken cordon bleu in the fridge to bake up tonight when I get home from work. Will have it with a veggie.

Garlic butter shrimp, very good low calorie high protein ready in 5 minutes.

Next time I’ll add a cup of broccoli as a side to help bulk it up.

A the last of a bag salad, a fried chicken thigh from Wegman’s grab ‘n’ go, leftover green beans and blueberries with a small scoop of Breyer’s carb smart vanilla ice cream.

Lasagna and Texas Garlic Toast tonight. The smell of the house right now is incredible.

I order my groceries for pickup and this time they gave me sweet potatoes that are so huge they hang over each side of the plate. I think it's gonna be a sweet potato dinner.

Cold evening here, so I baked a small pan of creamy chicken casserole. Tender chicken, a little bacon, and a buttery cracker top. This is the one I use: Neiman Marcus chicken casserole. It takes me about 10 minutes to put together, then the oven does the rest. Soft, cozy, and the leftovers warm up nicely for lunch.
