What's happening with your eyebrows?

I do the same as you…fill them in. I have a lot of white ones as my hair is white and has been for a long time now.

What bothers me most about my brows is that they have become very unruly, curving this way and that. I have tried eyebrow waxes to try to keep them in place to no avail.
Oh yes mine are very unruly too and I get annoyed with them and pluck them when they get that way. I tried using moisturizer on them and it helped some that weren't too bad yet.

Do you use a specific color pencil or brow brush color on them? I've been using a brownish color even though that's not my original color. I can't find my original color! It's a blackish color but not dark black, and I grew up with blonde hair and dark eyebrows.

@Ruthanne I use a taupe eye pencil.
I’ve tried m any pencils for blondes because my hair is white but most have a reddish tint. Browns seem too dark for me now even though my brows were dark brown originally. Taupe seems to look best.
I'm glad taupe is working for you. I'm not too disappointed with the dark brown since it seems my color doesn't exist.

Speaking of eyebrows....

I see it mostly with senior men but what in the heck is it with getting old and letting your eyebrows grow long ?

I get a haircut once a month (short old school burr / buzz cut) and I always get my eyebrows trimmed.....the gal that cuts my hair said that she has asked several older gents, with out of control eyebrows, if they'd like them trimmed and most say no.

They’re disappearing. I never thought I’d say that, they were always very thick and dark. One side is worse than the other and a couple more hairs fell out of that one last night.

Maybelline Express Brow works reasonably well for me. I only use the fill end. It‘s rather like a creamy powder.

My wife wanted & had microblading done & is due for a touch up. During our early & middle years of marriage "want's" were not financially doable.

… a permanent makeup solution they claim. …NO

I had it done about 20 years ago, and maybe it lasted about 2-3 yrs. …. I was always swimming in the pool, and the chlorine bleached it all out.

Ah, old age.....when the hairs on our heads and our eyebrows are replaced with the ones on our upper lips and chins.....

Maybe I can get a transplant?

Not only are my eyebrows disappearing, my eyelashes are practically gone now. Mascara has nothing to hold onto. In fact, about all my body hair is gone. Head hair is getting thin, too.

Perhaps I can try a pair of those eyelashes that look like a tarantula has climbed up on your face and clamped onto your eyelids? I think that they've affected the El Nino current with all the batting.

I had eyeliner and lipstick permanently applied (tattooed) about 15 years ago. The lipstick has faded and the eyeliner is okay, it could use a touch up but no thanks.

I don't care anymore. Rarely wear makeup anymore, maybe once a year?
