What's making you feel old today?

I had to look up tens unit. Is there any down side?
Not that I can really think of. The pads are usually cold once you put them on your skin. After a while they warm up. It does take a while to get used to having your muscles artificially stimulated but this is the same treatment you’d get if you went to a physiotherapist . They use these on their patients to help them. Starting off at a low setting is highly suggested and work your way up. It does feel a bit uncomfortable until you get used to it. I use mine for hours when I have pain and when I’m finished I feel much better.

The other day I found a clip on YouTube of a 1989 Who concert that I attended with friends. Later that summer, my best friend and I went to the original Woodstock site, 'way before the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts was built on the site, and chipped off a small piece of the original concrete stage supports.

Earlier that same year I'd gone to Daytona Beach for spring break and wore a bikini. (That ship has sailed, I'm afraid.)

I feel like I'm so old and boring now. I feel trapped in a state that I don't like, and frustrated.
