There have been threads about what we might give others on gift-giving occasions, but i saw an article this morning about a 93 yr old woman's suggestions of what to give people in their 80s and 90s. It's long, but will post link so if you are interested you can read whole thing. She makes some good points. One of my favorites being that it is a gift when someone asks her to share a memory or teach them how to do something.
But it got me thinking: What gifts do you want from friends and family? What touches your heart? Either because it fills an actual need you have, or because it shows the person really knows you---what brings smiles and/or comfort.
