Same here!

I find social gatherings very uncomfortable.

I hate getting ready.

I hate deciding if I should bring a hostess gift, a bottle of booze, a dish to pass, a scented mushroom shaped candle.

I hate the moment I arrive, before I can disappear into the crowd.

I usually end up in the kitchen or perched on the the back steps.

Finally I always drive and park where I can make a quick getaway.

The only thing I really like about a party is being invited, LOL!!!
