What's your favorite midnight snack?

Well, a common one for me is some unsalted raw almonds and maybe 5 or 6 Starburst chews. But I'm restricting what I eat. If I have some baby carrots those go into the mix as well.

Favorite? Probably some chicken slathered with BBQ sauce on a toasted bun with pickled jalapenos, cheesy chips, and a Heineken. But that's more fantasy than reality and more than I have for a dinner these days. :ROFLMAO:

*** Your favorite does sound good though :) and as does your common one...

Sargento balanced breaks. They are small triscuits with 3 kinds of cheeses. They also come with wheat thins. 3 pks for 3.34 at Walmart. Sometimes I will have a package with a small glass of wine or small coke or dr. pepper for supper. I live alone so I eat when I want to.

At my age, I’ve already exceeded my expiration date so why worry about what I either eat or drink. I do as I want. Goal of long life has already been achieved. I DO NOT want to live forever.

My last snack of day is often a spoonful of peanut butter (full flavored, bad-for-you Jif) along with a few crackers and glass of water. It has protein to keep hunger away and fiber to help my morning ā€œgoā€ go easier. Sometimes I even add a square of good dark chocolate. And it all tastes good and makes me happy.
