I used to kick back and watch YouTube videos, but the ads are getting really annoying, so it's not so relaxing any more. I guess alternating between looking out my back window and reading SF is pretty relaxing for me.

I don't think of it as unwinding really, but so far this year I've read 112 mystery novels, for free. I either get the free ones off Amazon or ebooks from the local library.

I enjoy going to the shooting range mostly, but if my brother-in law buys a project car, we spend a lot of time working on it. I do not shoot competition mainly because I don’t want to invest the amount of money one needs to do to be competitive and win.
I took a target to a range about 5 years ago and I pinned a 10”x12” picture of Hitler to the center of the target. I had 9 out of 10 hits to the forehead. The one stray bullet hit him in the right eye. For me, shooting is relaxing.
