Peanut Butter by the heaping spoonful. Over and over and over! I have myself on pause at least by saying "You're going to have to stop this before you eat the whole jar" and it's a 64 oz. jar.

I never go grocery shopping on a Sunday but today I popped into the supermarket to pick up some fresh fruit and milk etc... 2 hours before the supermarket was to close at 4pm...I was stunned at the crowds it was packed.. and then I realised it's because so much of it is reduced in price because they close so early...

So I picked up some fresh Croissants, which had been reduced to a third of the price.. and when I got home, I made a cuppa tea, and got a crossiant out ready to heat and put some butter on.... guess what..I didn't read the label properly and they are not plain.. they are Chocolate croissants...

So that's a long story to tell you what my snack was today... that's ruined my diet..lol
