What's your snack today !

So that's a lng story to tell you what my snack was today... that's ruined my diet..lol

Lord God Almighty! LOL It is ok, have eaten my way through the house the last 7 days; gained five pounds at least. (Crying)
 

I have started skipping "nice cream" and just mashing a banana. I add nuts, chocolate sauce, and Redi Whip and call it a sundae.
Many variations have followed.
 
While at Trader Joe's again an hour ago, bought for $4.99, a 16 ounce container of mini Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Finished off the similar dark chocolate version container last night proving I cannot OD on chocolate.

Another treat I am really liking lately is adding a heaping spoonful of brown sugar I swirl mix into one of the Trader Joe's $0.99 5.3 ounce Greek Strawberry Vanilla flavored yogurts cups.
 
For the last few months my gobble food has been chick pea salad, it took a few tries to get the receipe to my liking but I'm set on that now. I call it "gobble food" because I eat it right out of the container anytime I want a snack. It may not look pretty but it taste good and is a healthy snack.View attachment 363992
Looks quite interesting C50. I had chic pea salad that was so good at a party years ago and wished I could get more. I don't know who made it and exactly what was in it, so I've never experienced it again. It didn't look like yours and I guess I could "Google" a recipe but I'm lazy when it comes to prep, especially when it comes to fresh vegetables.
 
Help! I am being attacked by the Green Eyed Monster! I absolutely cannot let myself eat most of the things posted on here; I had a few cookies and pieces of fudge at Christmas and felt awful the next day. Caved on cooking chicken the other night, breaded and fried it instead of naked baking. Tried the banana with peanut butter, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. OMG! It was soooo good! a palmful of milk chocolate chips three nights in a row, and a few other no-no's. Have gained three pounds! Back on the road to almost 200# again (now 122.5#, over the 120# limit) and diabetes if I keep this up. I will continue to look at these pictures and drool all over myself, though. Can just looking at the pics cause weight gain???

So the snack today will be two of those tiny mandarin oranges.
