When do you bathe?

Do you prefer to take your bath or shower in the morning or evening?

I much prefer to take mine in the morning before I leave for work. Ron takes his after he gets home from work, because working construction he mostly comes home dusty and needing to get cleaned up before dinner. Makes things easy so we’re not both fighting for the bathroom in the mornings when we’re both trying to get ready for work.

Usually in the morning. Occasionally before bed. I used to shower twice a day .. until I noticed my skin was getting too dry.

We both do Full body shower 4:00 to 5:00 just before dinner.
Why then?
Because it gets all pollution/fumes/chemical & perfume scents ( we get from others, we don't use chemicals or perfumed anything), dust, dirt, pollen off our bodies/hair so we aren't taking all of that into our bed.

Yuk, contaminating the bed sheets/pillows and sleeping with it all night sounds yucky!

Since we both have allergies this has helped us!

Usually in the morning but yesterday I took one in the afternoon. I wanted to finish some chores first, which I knew might make me sweaty. Back on track with bathing this morning. Sometimes I'll take it at night but even if I do, I'll wash up again in the morning.

Seriously, I shower several times a day. Some times I soak in a very hot tub.

Depends where I am and what I'm doing... Shower first thing here in the UK...and then sometimes again in the late afternoon or early evening ...

if I'm at my home in Spain in the summer, I shower loads because of the heat and before and after I've been in the pool

Mid morning or mid afternoon. Before Doctor appointments, after a visit to the gym, and always on the same day that I wash sheets or drag out fresh pajamas.
My wife is strictly a before bed type.

I remember a long time ago in the '70's watching a sitcom called "Carter Country". The main characters were a white police chief and a black sergeant. They started talking about bathing. The chief said he took a shower in the morning before going to work and the sergeant said he showered after work. The chief argued, "You mean you come to work after sweating all night?". The sergeant said, "You mean you go to bed with your wife dirty after work, no wonder she won't sleep with you".

Every Saturday night, whether I need it or not.

During the Queen Victoria time people seldom bathed, no indoor plumbing and lots of trouble bringing all that water inside the house and heating it and using wood needed for cooking instead. Queen Victoria started a new trend by "bathing once a month, whether she needed it or not".

Lately I like to take a nice soaking hot bath at night. It's so refreshing! Late at night, too. I like to add fragrant, moisturizing bath liquid, too.

I shower at night before bed; it relaxes me, and I know I'm entering the bed clean. In the morning, I re-enter the shower for a quick invigorating touch-up and to shampoo the hair, which is then frightful from "bed head..."

I'm a shower person,would have a hard time getting out of my bath tub with a partial knee
I usually take a shower while my dinner is cooking either in the microwave or the oven
In the summer when its hot/humid,I'll take a quick cold shower before I go to bed
