No, I don't bounce out of bed but am still waiting for that day when I do. 🙃I often push the snooze button or else lay there and think what's next and think my dog wants food! 😌 That makes me get up. After I feed her I sometimes take another snooze.😺

The only time I bounce out of bed is when we are out in the RV, and I'm anticipating walking Max, around 6:30 AM, and looking at other RV's, and watching folks preparing their breakfasts around the campfires and camp stoves. Other than that, I just get up, hit the bathroom, go into the den to watch the morning news and make breakfast. No bouncing.

IN my 20's, I was never a early morning person, the older I got that is the norm now
When I wake up and look at the clock, sometimes I'm surprised I've slept past 6am
The first thing I do after getting out of bed is stretch, then go on the floor with my mat to do exercises for my partial right knee It starts my day

My doggy is the one doing the bouncing first thing in the morning. He jumps on my bed and starts licking my face to get me up, because he wants to go outside for a walk. ... I lay there for a few, and always have to figure out what day of the week it is ... as if it matters ..:p

I’ve never bounced out of bed ! always a worrier, I’m trying to take one day at a time so when I wake up in the morning now I think, ‘Today is Sunday’, (or whatever) plan my day and don’t think past it until tomorrow
A worrier? We were all worried that you had left us for good, WELCOME BACK Wrennie....;)

Hit the snooze maybe twice, I set a alarm so I don’t sleep too late and feel guilty and crappy. Then fling the sheet off and potty. Then straight to eye drops and coffee. If my husband is here and asks me a question right off, I stare at him unable to think yet. He’s like....oh you haven’t woken up yet. After I sit and have a few sips of coffee my brain wakes up and I’m ready to go.

I don't bounce.
Get out of bed, go to the bathroom, make coffee. Drink coffees for about an hour.
It takes awhile for me to really wake up.
