Anything to do with my son & grandson is guaranteed to give me a good time. We go to parks, playgrounds and I bought my grandson pails shaped like castles and he wants to take them & us to the beach!
I love them so much. Time with them is a gift. Luckily, they are also funny & charming.

One that stands out was seeing a magic show in Vegas, Nov 2019. Piff the Magic Dragon was in a small theatre. Many might have seen him on America’s Got Talent. DH didn’t want to go so as a single I got a seat near the front. Laughed so darn hard and then he, his showgirl girlfriend and Piffles the dog posed for photos on your phone camera. He has a wicked sense of humour. Had a great evening. I absolutely loved the whole evening.
It's always good to get a good laugh!

I manage to have a good time for a while almost every day, but I had an exceptionally good time a few weeks ago being a substitute coach for my brother's Little League team. They had a weekend exhibition tournament. Loads of fun.

The last time we went anywhere and had a good time was 2 years ago. Went to Hard Rock casino in Tampa. Like murrmurr says, I try to have a good time most days.

Life is what you make it, seen here enjoying the birthday celebrations of the fellow in sunglasses dancing with his wife.
We have a wonderful social circle, but you just have to make an effort to enjoy such company.
Warm days will see us on the sea front enjoying a meal together.
Some of us have gardens big enough to accommodate a marquee, I can't remember what this occasion was all about.
When you are a dab hand with sewing and making garments, festival stalls are a gold mine for vintage fabric.
At classic car shows you often get the best view from behind the steering wheel of your own car.
We have been out and about as much as possible since the lifting of lockdown restrictions, but I must admit, all the above photos were taken pre-pandemic.
That's your definition of fun but it can be a good time any time.Hmm, fun? Just plain no excuses or responsibilities fun? Hmm, when I was 16. Those were the fun days

Traveling in the new van is great fun ...except when I break a super expensive window. 
Most anytime family gets together is fun unless my brother decides to punch my buttons ...he's the only person who can do it and enjoys 'little brother' payback from time to time. Otherwise, work. I really like what I do. I tried another career ...even got a second Master's in Library and Information Science but went back to healthcare. I like the camaraderie of healthcare when it's a good group and the folks I work with now are a lot of fun.

This morning I had breakfast with some of the guys. It has been well over a year since we have done this and we had a great time.

It's been too long, can't remember, but I'm ready.... yesterday.
Had lunch with nephew and his wife, out on their big deck overlooking their gardens and large property. It was so serene, watching the birds and squirrels at the feeder. This was a couple of weeks ago. We sat at separate tables and wore our masks after eating. It was a perfect day, weather-wise.
Looking forward to our meet-ups at a nice restaurant with the entire family .. but, who knows when it will be
safe enough to do so.
