Years ago, we all got our stuff at a mall. I have not step foot in a mall in 20 years. I buy stuff either at a big box store, or online. Why drive to a store, if I can get the same thing delivered to my door, for the same price.

I never liked malls... and the three major ones near me are basically dead malls now. I've shopped with Amazon for more than 20 years and get a lot of household needs there. Locally I do WalMart and our local grocery store. There's a Target closeby but not my favorite place to shop. Online I also like Etsy for "fun stuff."

Groceries/household items at local grocery & bulk food store along with Aldi, Walmart & sometimes Meijer. Clothes at Walmart, Kohls, etc. Very little clothes off of internet because of the differences in sizes between manufacturers.

"Stuff?" What kind of "stuff?"

I'm a radical. I buy food and vitamins at the grocery store or health food store. Shoes from shoe stores. H&B online or at the drugstore. Clothing at the mall and I make my own jewelry usually from supplies I get at yard sales because I'm creative and I just love it. Household stuff I get where ever. :)

We buy our groceries at the local store, or Walmart about 10 miles away. When we are in one of the larger towns, we pick up some items there.
We can't drive past a Kohl's store without my wife needing to stop there. We seldom go to any malls....paying for their utilities, property taxes, and overhead, etc., insures that we can Always find a better price elsewhere. And, if it's something we don't need today, we shop online....usually for a far better price than the stores.

I patronize local stores for groceries, my favorite is Wegman's. There are also several independently owned food stores and farms that I frequent. When I'm looking for a better price on something that I can find locally, I turn to Amazon, as most do, and once in a while to eBay. For fun stuff and things with an artistic bent or handcrafted items, including clothing, I buy from Etsy. In general, I don't like shopping. My husband would say he was the luckiest man on the planet, lol. 😊

Everything is near by. My 4 mile radius and closer.
I have been buying some blouses lately from Venus (catalog/online) cause I can't find anything to my liking in the retail stores these days.
