You know I am dreading hearing the findings of the evidence.I haven't a clue where he could be. He looked like such a nice guy. Isn't it funny, though, how people can look so nice yet do something heinous? I can't say if he did it or not, though, or the circumstances. I'm waiting for the evidence to come in before I make a conclusion.
Well, if he didn't take his Driver's License and/or anything else why would he take a passport. Or better yet, a fake one was created for him by his parents. @Pepper , nope, you can't argue. lolIf he's out of the country he used a passport. There would be a record of that. I'm not arguing @PamfromTx, I swear!![]()
Here is a little case law on harboring: Element 3. Seems, concerning the aid of providing food, would mean to help him escape. But if he came to my door near death from not eating or drinking, I'd help save his life directly, but not in furtherence. Of course report it also.If someone is hiding him, they most likely will face consequences as well.
I agree, but even when someone does not commit the crime,Anyone who 'runs' when he/she commits a horrid crime is GUILTY in my eyes
@Patch I'm getting the Scott Peterson feeling here. Self defense? Yeah right, he could just outrun her.
Not that women don't abuse. They do. My mother abused my stepfather including physically.
Same for me! Applies to all of my posts, too!My opinion only. No arguing please. lol
Have you heard that an airline stewardess 'thought' she recognized him on a flight to Canada? If he did kill in self defense or in the heat of the moment in an argument ...both possible given their mental issues, he had hours ...maybe even a day or two in which to face reality, turn himself in and not face first degree murder charges. But to get in her van without her and drive from Wyoming to Florida without reporting her absence to anyone for whatever reason and behave as he and his parents did upon his return home make him look guilty as hell of murder rather than self defense or a fight gone wrong.
As for where he is, my bet is not the swamp, but a more hospitable wilderness area or across the very fluid Mexican border.
This amazed me, too, that he'd driven across country, after whatever happened. And still did not report to the police, there either. The parents knew the young woman very well, too, and they didn't urge him to choose other options? And neither did they? But to get in her van without her and drive from Wyoming to Florida without reporting her absence to anyone for whatever reason and behave as he and his parents did upon his return home

I am not personally familiar with using these, and I have often wondered (in other situations as well) whether or not, it is difficult for someone trying to not be ID'd, to use someone else's ID, for a ticket? I also do not know if it is difficult or not, to drive from USA, into Mexico, or take a bus?the need for identification to fly even domestically. He would additionally need to present a passport to fly to Canada.
Not in my basement, just checked. May expand the search later today.Where is Brian Laundrie?
Another theory is that BL has a Burner phone since recent activity shows changes to his Instagram and Spotify accounts.
Allegedly, his Instagram accidentally went live for 3 seconds showing someone on the water in an olive green boat, filming the waves and at one point, showing his sneakers.
Allegedly, his Spotify account was recently changed from "Selfconsomption" (his spelling, not mine), to "Nomatic Statik".
Wherever he is or is not, dead or alive, sooner or later, he will be found, no doubt.
I thought it was Columbian drug lords. You know I am dreading hearing the findings of the evidence.
And if you ask me, he's out of the country. Anyone who 'runs' when he/she commits a horrid crime is GUILTY in my eyes. This is reminding me so much of OJ Simpson's case.
My opinion only. No arguing please. lol![]()
As of this morning several (mostly the sensationalist style) outlets are reporting Dog has leads, lots of them cause he bought a cell phone to be just for tips on the case. May help, may just muddy the waters, tho if cops are smart i think they'll let Dog and his people weed out the attention seekers so they don't waste time/energy checking out spurious leads.Don't know, but if Dog is going to help I think I should too. i know, remember that arrest and we used to watch his show a good bit."Dog" has caught fugitives that police couldn't find before:
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2003/jun/19/usa.mexico
"The heir to the Max Factor cosmetics empire and fugitive convicted rapist, Andrew Luster, has been captured by a bounty hunter in Mexico. Luster and the bounty hunter, Duane "Dog" Chapman, were being held yesterday in Mexico after six people were seized in a street brawl following a car chase.
The 39-year-old great-grandson of Max Factor was grabbed at night in Puerto Vallarta, a Pacific coast resort popular with American tourists. "According to witnesses [the bounty hunters] used a spray with an irritant, maybe teargas, to subdue him. They handcuffed him and bundled him into a truck," a police spokesman said."
Mr Chapman, who calls him self "Dog the bounty hunter" and is based in Honolulu, arrived in Mexico a few days ago with two of his sons and two crew members from the US television show America's Most Wanted."
