Which don't you want? Just a question.

Wouldn't eat potato salad for any reason anytime. No to cranberry sauce & pies & I love dessert, but pumpkin pie, no no no.

No to stuffing and cornbread. Hate them both.

Also going to pass on what doesn't belong even though I don't hate - namely potato salad and mac and cheese (really, who makes these things for Thanksgiving).

What culture serves mac and cheese? I point out this is an American holiday. So American traditions should be what this shows. Mac and cheese and potato salad shouldn't even be on this and made it very unfun for that reason. Everyone naturally picks what's out of place. It should have mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes, the American traditions. My answer would have been the same though so... shrug.

Also, unless you've a large crowd and some don't like turkey, I love ham but who makes both? Ham is for Easter.

^^^That's not how the internet works. If FB post in the OP showed only the "American traditions" it would not generate any response.

Besides traditions change and morph and some of Thanksgiving traditions are prob not original to the Thanksgiving the pilgrims ate anyway.

Below is a great recipe and I'd have no problem serving this pie on Thanksgiving(or any other day.)

Immigrants add their own flare to Thanksgiving
