Which "mailbox" gets most of your mail?

Well, if you are in this Forum, you have two mailboxes. One is the US Mail box, and at least one internet mailbox. So which one gets more mail?

I get the vast majority of my bills via the net. There's always a big pile of junk mail in the U.S. one. Especially from Direct TV. U.S. Mail wins with the junk mail.

As far as mail of value it's still the USPS for me, more packages than actual mail these days.

Nothing so urgent that I wouldn't mind having the mail delivered only once or twice a week so the USPS could cut back on delivery costs and save money.

My regular US mailbox in front of my house. I still prefer to get my usual bills via snail mail and of course, plenty of junk mail too.

I still get paper billing, for everything, including bank and credit cards, goes to the cluster box or the Post Office.

Probably my email account. I pay most bills online. I don't get a lot of regular mail anymore. $ is directly deposited so we don't have to watch the mail for checks.

Which one gets the most junk/unwanted mail fluctuates. I don't understand why but one or the other will go kind of "quiet" on that front for a while and then pick back up after a while. I also have that issue with text messages at times but that one seems to more curable with settings, if you can find them.

Same as Bonnie. I wish they had a "spam" folder for the US Mail, as they do online. My building provides a large trash bin near the mailboxes, and probably 90% of everybody's mail goes straight into it. What a waste.

Thankfully I think these days, the companies sending out their junk mail thru the Post Office are more and more putting out their ads on cards instead of stuffing envelopes with paper ads. I find that happening here anyway. ... less waste to some degree. :(

I get mostly junk in the U.S. mail. I shred all of it. Yeah, that's probably overkill. But a few years ago, I was tossing away a catalog. It opened to the order form. It said that my credit card info was on file, so I didn't have to fill it in. I didn't buy anything from that catalogue, but I did from another catalogue run by the same company. So now, I rip out all order forms from any catalogue.

I got rid of the junk US mail when I called the newspaper and told them to stop. All that stuff, flyers etc come from the newspaper.

I don't care about the few cents off coupons for stuff I usually don't even want. 3 of my bills come electronically and one small one is paid automatically through EFT. My mail has been cut down by at least 90% having stopped the junk through the newspaper.

Now if I could only stop the ads from credit card companies. I tried one time- they want my SS#! For what? I didn't give it.
