Which of these services would you most likely want if someone offered to pay for it?

I hate housework... so I'd get someone to do the ironing and the cleaning of the floors... and windows..

I do it all myself and being Scottish I'm too mean to pay anyone else to do jobs I am perfectly capable of doing even if I dislike those jobs with a passion... :sneaky::LOL:

We do all our own indoor and outdoor maintenance and trim our own trees back. I don't even have a window cleaner now, I just use a long brush on a pole to clean the upstairs windows...

In truth, if the day comes that due to disability I have to hire someone.. then I will hire people to do everything.. not just one or 2 things.. might as well go for broke.
 

I do the outside work, and my wife does a superb job of keeping the house nice. If the day comes when this becomes more than we can handle, that will be the time to move to a Senior Facility where everything is taken care of. Driving would be the thing I would miss the most....would have to move to an area where there is real good transportation.
 
I'd choose maid/indoor cleaning from your list. We have a small yard so yard work is never so difficult, I love to drive and I enjoy working on the house.

The one service I would like even more would be a private chef/meal preparation. I don't like to cook and my wife enjoys it sometime but not all the time. If we had someone come in and cook for us that would be great.

No on chauffeur - I like to drive

Have had the same lawn & gardening service for decades. Hubby plants and tends the vegetable garden

Had cleaning people when the kids were home, but don't need them now that it's just DH, me and a dog that doesn't shed. The house stays cleaner and we have more time to attend to it.

DH does most outside maintenance, but we hire people to handle jobs outside his comfort zone.

My house is almost 200 years old and needs a lot of TLC. It also needs someone who understands old buildings and what materials to use when repairing them. I'd also like a maid, but I'm not sure if I'd be allowed one ;)
