Which Teenage Girlfriends or Boyfriends do you Remember most?

I remember this 18 year old physically very beautiful girl named Norma, for all the trouble she got me into with gangs.
Also, this girl named Donna for having fallen in love with me.

Sadly, there isn’t much to remember.

I didn’t really date or form relationships until after I left home and was on my own.

The ones I remember most are the ones that would have dragged me down if I had stuck with them.

I’m not suggesting that they were not a lot of fun just that they were definitely not keepers.
😉🤭😂

I’m content and definitely better off to have remained single and unattached.

A beauty named Cheryl. The summer of my sophomore year of high school we met, and I really liked her, she was a year older than I was. In time I realized, she liked me also. We both put up with a lot of crp from upper classmen, but no matter. We started dating and I dated her until she started her senior year. We were still good friends, but I never dated her again. I moved after high school and never saw her again. She was something special in my life...

My best friend (late) whose name was Ronnie. When I first met him, we got in a fight, and he bloodied my nose. Sometime after that we started talking and got to know each other pretty well. Within a year he was my best friend.

Before we started high school my parents advised me, we were moving. I ended up in a fairly large town going to a high school that was much larger than I was used to. That worked out fine, but I was only able to see my old friend once before we graduated. I found out a few years later that after high school Ronnie moved to Alaska to work in the oil fields. He was killed in an auto accident. After finding out, I mourned him just like I was with him when he was killed. I still get sad if I think about it, he was a very special guy, and I had hoped we could reconnect after we got our lives started...I still miss him!

My best love of my life is my wife, we met in 1970, raised 3 beautiful kids, and we both are still going strong. She still is my favorite girl...! Of course, she is a woman now...as beautiful as the day is long...lucky I am

I had quite a few boyfriends as a teen... but the one that sticks in my mind is the one who got stabbed in the back as he was saying goodnight to me as we waited for my bus home... !
Wow, Holly, that is terrible. Did he survive? Was it a robbery, hate crime, vendetta, or random act of violence? I am sorry you had to go through that. And of course I am really sorry for the guy!

Sorry to hear that! Definitely unforgettable! Did he die, or was he just seriously wounded?

My first high school boyfriend (junior year) is still one of my best friends. There will always be a little corner of my heart that belongs to him. We briefly tried to rekindle the romance in college, but agreed that we would better as friends than as spouses.

My second high school boyfriend (senior year and first year of college)....well, I haven't seen him since the day he called off our wedding, three weeks before the day, and then married another girl (that he had gotten pregnant, of course) on what would have been our wedding day. Needless to say, there is no corner of my heart that he dwells in. There's a spot under my heel, though, if he ever emerges again......

I had two actual girlfriends in highschool and remember them both fondly, Sherry and Kim. I still have a little wooden box Kim made for me in shop class, yes girls took wood shop and boys took Home ec. Sadly both those girls have passed.

Not a girlfriend and no classmate, but a ravishing girl who sat in the "language laboratory" not far away in front of me. She wore a mini skirt, white knee high laced boots and sheer nude pantyhose. I even know her first name until now, but never tried to speak to her. Perhaps you won't believe it, but I was more than shy at my age of 12 years.

And there was a girl two houses away at my former home. I liked her very much and it seems that her parents hoped that both of us mated. But it didn't happen because of my shyness. Nevertheless she and her mother (her father died before) came to my father's funeral after several years we had moved, which I value very much.

It was an act of violence, nothing more than that.. apparently. ( he survived)

The thing is this was a bad side of town..opposite side of the city to where we lived. We were 17 it was very dark we were inside the bus shelter waiting for the bus to take me home.. the boyfriend lived directly opposite the bus stop..

We were hugging, and this guy entered the shelter, and my BF's back was to him.. and I was facing him. In seconds.. he'd pulled a knife out and stabbed my BF and ran ..
I didn't realise he'd used a knife, I thought he'd punched him.. and BF fell against me, and with the street light shining on us I could see the blood had drained from his face .

Fortunately his house was just opposite so we got an ambulance very quickly.. the knife had missed vital organs by a fraction of an inch.

As it turned out the BF knew the assailant, and he was arrested.. and I had to go to court as a witness, and the assailant was jailed for 9 months..

Nine months wasn't long enough. Your boyfriend could have died!

I am horrified. You must've been too at that moment. Had you ever seen violence in real life before up close like that?
