Who Does the Housework, Man or Woman?

Well, I have to admit mine would be history if it wasn't for the fact that he does 99% of the Maintenance, and DIY...and also looks after all the mechanics in the cars...and works a 12 to 15 hour 6 days a week on top...

I work too but nowhere near the crippling hours he does..

he does do the odd bit of washing up..may be once a month, and when my back is just too sore to do it he'll get the hoover out..but that's rare...he never cleans up..never seen him dust or wash floors, clean walls or doors down.. or anything like that...

Oh and I do almost all the driving because he has a very low sports car and it's impossible for me to get in an out of..so we go in my car...he'll occasionally drive it but he prefers to be chauffeured LOL

Mine isn't allowed to load the dishwasher as he wouldn't do it right. He usually doesn't make too big a mess when he cooks, but his meals are good so any mess is forgiven. He also isn't allowed to do the laundry. He can hoover, but has no clue about how to dust or that it's necessary. As for cleaning the bathrooms, he would not do a good job. A friend claims it's an act men do so they won't have to do it, but I don't think so in this case.

When we do drive somewhere together he usually does it, especially in a city. We had a car in Thailand but I was nervous about driving it because of all the idiots on motorbikes passing you on both sides of the car or pulling in front of you. And then the Buddhist dogs just slowly wandered across the road in front of you with no fear of getting hit. I did drive a few times as designated driver. I've promised I'll drive more next time. ;)

I don't have a choice. I either do it or pay some one to come in and do it. I do it all by my self.
