Perhaps he won some award/prize money for all that posing he's doing. I can't imagine an onion the size of a pumpkin, so he was surely receiving lots of praise and attention for his accomplishment.

I love onions, and we grow them in our garden and this year got about 60 pounds of onions....but I don't think i've ever seen one that big! WOW! Tony did grow some cabbage last year, one was over 18 pounds, and the rest were anywhere from 9 to 17 pounds.
