Who killed Patricia Kathleen McGlone?

I don't understand why the police are withholding certain information in this case. It's not information surrounding the cause of death, but around the missing girl's life. I would think you would want anyone with any information or even "possible" information to come forward. Release all personal information. This is a very old case. so what do they have to lose? She's not a criminal, but a victim.
