Was this some kind of exit poll or something, or is the second part a whole different poll? I mean if 10% of the population likes okra and 10% of the population is Catholic, it doesn't necessarily follow that all Catholics like okra.

Well, this isn't surprising. I mean if you think hell is justified, you're already condoning torture. For something as benign as not believing.

I don't think anyone really "supports" torture, the better question would be who would condone torture under specific circumstances, or who would not under any circumstance.

I agree. I do not support torture -- I abhor the idea of it. I can't even watch movies where they even talk about it. However, if my family were on an airplane that was going to be bombed in midair and the authorities had someone in custody who had information that could stop it from happening . . . I dunno . . . .
