Who's with me on this?....re: shopping

Have done that so many times that I now enter grocery and other shopping lists on my phone. Google Keep. I also have a running inventory (and non-sale price) on Keep for foods that are spendy when not on sale. This is for items I use regularly or seasonally and can be held in the pantry or freezer for months. Butter, extracts, and various nuts, for instance. When they go on sale I check my stock and make a decision.

After forgetting to bring lists & buying what I already have too much of, I now tape the list to the front door so I can't miss it.
When I need to take things with me but worry about forgetting them, I place them (or a related reminder like a cooler if it's for a refrigerated or frozen item) in front of the front door so I can't possibly miss them on my way out.

I saw a lady at WINCO Foods and she seemed to have some sort of printed out spread sheet for shopping.

I do make lists or I will forget items especially when I'm buying staple items or going to walmart. I keep the list next to my purse so I don't forget it. Because if I forget the list, I'll forget items.

Gosh, I love to make lists and usually have them on the kitchen table, in my purse, in the car….everywhere! But, I guarantee you I’ll forget to take or use coupons every single time I’m going to or at the store. Every time!!

I have done all of the above, with varying degrees of success. Only recently have I noticed that if I tell Alexa to add something to my shopping list, the list appears in the Alexa app on my phone! As I buy it, I tap the item and it's gone.
Or I can leave it there, if it is something I always buy.
