Why February Has Only 28 Days

Well that was interesting, now I have a more information than I cared to have as to why my poor nephew only has one birthday every 4 years. LOL. Nothing really changes with how politicians work things out, just muck chit up to fit in their egos as well. July and August, the Caesars, who knew. :rolleyes:
