Why Vinyl Is Better Than Digital for Music Lovers?

Do you know ALL of today's music, cos I sure don't. Sometimes I'm very pleasantly surprised.
Every once in a while, a concert video of a contemporary band will show up in my YouTube suggestions and I'll be pleasantly surprised when I watch them, and I do give a lot of them a chance by listening with an open mind because there's nothing I'd like more than to like some contemporary music.

The Kings of Leon or something like that did a song that I liked. I listened to a few other songs from them, which turned out to be kind of lame. But that's how it's always been. Back in the '70s I remember buying albums because of their song I heard on the radio and that turned out to be the only good song on the album. There were just a few bands that had good songs all the way through.

Like Boston, Santana or Foreigner? Great albums.

Some albums are worth a little money if in good condition, including the cover. Was just listening to my Steely Dan Can't Buy A Thrill LP. It's going for $100.00 and up last I checked.
Yep many of mine also worth a bit "With the Beatles" 1963 First Pressing, have to check thoroughly though,Serial number, lettering on the label (colour),signature on the cover of designer, and a few other things, such as the insert cover and what is written on it "EMI etc, anyway all checked out valued at $1.400.00 (record dealer) and no did not sell it, and this was the Mono version the same record in Sterno worth a lot more.

Wow! I should have held onto my vinyl. I tried to sell my CD's to a second-hand shop and they quoted me about $14 for hundreds of CDs. I gave them to Goodwill.
