Amusing but didn't agree with enough of what he was trying to sell that had heard enough at 14 minutes. Overgeneralized and exaggerated pop psychology with a degree of narrow twisted concepts for broader terms like love, target audience young adults finding their way and not seniors haha. Same style of shock the audience style that was popular in the 1970s for those seeking new ways of being.

I am glad that the few who commented have had long lasting, fulfilling partners. This talk was more directed at those who have expressed that they are not in fulfilling relationships and feel very upset, angry, depressed because they feel they are trapped and stuck with no options to free themselves. To those, the context of his talk might open some new avenues of being able to change those desperate feelings....maybe not. The title of the talk is "click bait". It is immediately received by a yes or no response. That doesn't fit all REAL intimate partners, especially if you marry.
I felt like he was like a massage therapist working on the knotted muscles and tendons that we pick up in our bodies along our way. Maybe he needs a bit more fragrant massage oil.
