44mm - 1 3/4" of rain, winds up tp 100 km/h.
Really black clouds and thunder/lightning.
Sports grounds became lakes. Matches called off.
I saw a squadron of 14 Pelicans high over head. First time I have seen this above where I live.
Maybe they were blown off course because of the strong winds.
Attending a soccer match, a cessation of play was called because of the high winds.
Ball was kicked and being blown back behind the kicker.

I gather parts of Queensland & NSW (on the east coast) received substantial volumes of snow in some areas, bringing traffice to a complete standstill at times on some highways. On a positive note, many people who've never seen snow were out having a ball!

It has been pretty wild, a young woman is missing after being swept away by flood waters.

It just rained where i was.
