Will Hillary Clinton Embrace Warren's Economic Message?

I don't view Warren's message as being all that left of center. She's in favor of leveling the playing field which sounds very main stream to me. Her message will antagonize the very rich who also happen to control a great deal of political power. It's that question that will test Hillary in my view.
 

I think Hillary is smart enough to realize Warren's appeal to people but at the same time she has to get elected and that takes money......lots of money.
 
I agree with you Jackie. I don't see any reason that Hillary won't be able to get Elizabeth Warren Democrats. If you read Elizabeth Warren's biography, one of the more interesting small passages in there is she talks about how she and Hillary Clinton went together to the White House to lobby for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and that actually Hillary convinced Bill [Clinton] to be supportive of it.
 
The one thing that I don't think Hillary can match is Elizabeth's personae of genuineness that comes across so persuasively when she's making her case. In this age of deserved cynicism about politicians Elizabeth Warren is like a breath of fresh air.
 
No, Hillary will not embrace Elizabeth's economics. She's interested in her ideas and some of Bill's ideas, and that will suffice for her and the family Clinton.
