Wise Words...

At age 6, the adopted son of a friend asked me if I was at the airport to meet him when his parents brought him home (he was adopted from Kazycstan). I said I was not. He said "Why not? that was the most important day of my life!!"

More funny than wise.
I was considering going on a blind date & I told my nephew who was only 7 at the time: "I'm not sure if I should go because I haven't even met her yet."
He said, "Well, if you don't go out with her, then you meet her later & she turns out to be a babe, you'll be sorry."
Yeah, 7 years old.....

my grandson once said in the shop == can I have one of these nanny -as mummy wont let me have them =
wise words indeed - so i brought him one lol

I've encountered less wisdom than unusual observations from children, who often will focus on things adults won't. Two such observations included, "You have hairy arms!," and "I like your shoes!"

My daughter when she was just a little girl.. " Dad look, my (middle) finger is growing faster than my other ones."
