It seems like they all have their pros and cons.
I just read that it’s the opposite. When the freezer is on the top, it helps cool the fridge.I believe it is more energy efficient to put the freezer on the bottom.
Ditto. I prefer the freezer on top toofreezer on top.
I paid someone to work on my refrigerator that has the freezer on top. It was cooling fine, but there was an occasional drip of water coming from the freezing compartment into the refrigerator section. The work temporarily stopped the drip, but it has returned. If I end up having to replace it, I will look for a side by side or freezer on the bottom.
